With the continuous improvement of China’s economic strength and the gradual improvement of the medical insurance system,the people’s expectations for the level of service provided by medical institutions and their quality have also been continuously improved.Hospitals are facing more fierce competition in the medical services market,and patient satisfaction and hospital operating costs are the main factors affecting the competitiveness of hospitals.As a result,major hospitals have begun to pay attention to the optimization of medical resource allocation and seek to improve patient satisfaction.And ways and means to reduce hospital operating costs.On the basis of summarizing the domestic and foreign achievements,this paper uses the knowledge of surgical scheduling and business flow charts to analyze the problems of the current operating room scheduling,and establishes the goal of the lowest operating cost and the highest degree of patient satisfaction through the multi-objective planning theory.The multi-objective mixed-integer programming model uses Lingo software to perform optimal solution evaluations and validates the surgical schedule optimization results.The main results and innovations are as follows:(1)Combined with on-site investigation and research experience in an orthopedic specialty hospital,through the communication with the nurses and the investigation of the visit status of each surgical team leader,the on-site observation method and statistics were used to record the entire process of the current surgical schedule in C hospital in detail.And collecting relevant data,statistics on the overtime and idle time of the operating room,and drawing a flowchart of the surgical operation in the operating room of the hospital.Provides data support for systematic analysis of hospital surgical scheduling issues.(2)Surgical scheduling is used to describe and analyze the problem of the current surgical schedule through relevant knowledge of surgical planning.On this basis,a multi-objective mixed-integer programming model was established based on constraints and the actual conditions of the hospital.Linear multi-objective planning model was transformed to single-objective using linear weighting method.Lingo software was used to perform optimal solution evaluation.Finally,FlexsimHC was used.The simulation software verifies the optimization results and compares the effects before and after the optimization.(3)The combination of multi-objective planning theory and FlexsimHC simulation software is used to solve the problem of unequal utilization of operating room in hospitals,and has some innovative methods.At the same time,through the optimization of operating room scheduling,the utilization rate of medical resources in the operating room of C hospital was improved,the operating time of operating rooms was balanced,operation cost of operating room was reduced,and patient satisfaction was improved.Whether or not the allocation of medical resources in the operating room is reasonable is directly related to the operation of the entire hospital,which affects the utilization efficiency of the surgical resources and the quality of the surgery,and plays a crucial role in the development of the hospital.The research results have important reference value for the hospital to solve the problem of surgical scheduling,operation costs,and the improvement of patient satisfaction.
