Objective:To explore the correlation between the single nucleotide polymorphisms of the rs405509 and rs7259620 loci in the promoter region of the apolipoprotein E gene and the risk of coronary heart disease in the Han nationality in Yuxi,Yunnan,and to explore the difference in the distribution of the single nucleotide polymorphisms of the rs40550 and rs7259620 locus in different ethnic groups.Methods:In this study,we detected genotypes of single nucleotide polymorphisms of rs405509 and rs7259620 loci in ApoE promoter region of 923 cases.At the same time,using the time of flight mass spectrometry biochip system,and then using the Swiss original matching test reagents and the original imported Roche Cobas C 8000 automatic biochemical analyzer,the clinical biochemical indexes of each research object were analyzed.The SPSS 22 software package was used to analyze the sample data.Results:1 There was no significant difference in the single nucleotide polymorphisms of the rs405509 and rs7259620 site in the promoter region of apolipoprotein E in the Han CHD group and the healthy control group in the same period of physical examination in the Han region of Yunnan.2 The two loci allele frequency and genotype frequency distribution were not statistically significant in the Han nationality(control group),Yi,Dai and Hani in Yuxi,Yunnan(P>0.05).3 The frequency or allele frequency distribution of the rs405509 loci in Yunnan Yuxi Han(Dai,Yi,Hani)and other ethnic groups or races in different degrees,and there is no significant difference between the Kazak and Henan Han in Xinjiang,and there is no statistical significance(p>0.05).There was a significant difference between the Caucasians in Italy and Xinjiang Uygur,Xinjiang Kazakh and Henan Han(p<0.05).The frequency or allele frequency distribution of rs7259620 loci in Yuxi Han(Dai,Yi,Hani)and other ethnic groups in Yunnan is different to other ethnic groups,and there is no significant difference in the difference between Xinjiang Kazak and Xinjiang Han,Xinjiang Kazak and Zhejiang Ningbo Han,Xinjiang Han and Zhejiang in Ningbo(p>0.05).Conclusion:1 Among the Han people in Yuxi,Yunnan the single nucleotide polymorphisms at the rs405509 and rs7259620 locus of apolipoprotein E promoter may not correlate with coronary heart disease.2 The SNPs distribution of the two loci in the Han,Yi,Dai,Hani ethnic groups in Yuxi,Yunnan,may not be different,but the distribution of the two site SNPs may have different degrees of difference between the other ethnic groups or races.
