Objective(s):To study the relationship between oxygen therapy and blood lactate and d-dimer in emergency AECOPD patients, and to investigate the correlation between blood lactate,d-dimer and emergency AECOPD patients, and to provide a basis for the selection of oxygen therapy in patients with AECOPD.Methods:Selection in March 2017 to January 2018 with AECOPD into the second affiliated hospital of kunming medical university emergency intensive care of 96 cases of patients, according to the different methods of oxygen therapy treatment process is divided into ordinary oxygen group(52 cases)and mechanical ventilation(44).All of the patients in the intensive care is immediate line of Blood lactic acid(Lac),D-dimer(D-D),the test results and statistical analysis in the form of oxygen cure measurement data to mean± standard deviation(χ ±S),said the count dataexpressed as a percentage(%),comparison between groups by Chi-square test, independent samples t-test,analysis of variance or nonparametric test, with P<0.05 for the difference was statistically significant.Results:1.There was no significant difference in gender, age, duration, and acute exacerbation time between the general oxygen group and the mechanical ventilation group(P<0.05).2.Compared with the mechanical ventilation group, the Lac mean plus or minus standard deviation was 2.73 plus or minus 2.28,3.98 plus or minus 2.85(P<0.05).The mean plus or minus standard deviation of D-D was 3.44,plus or minus 2.85,2.45 or 3.03(P<0.05).3.The area under the ROC curve of Lac is 0.661,with 2.65mmol/L as the cut-off point;Lac’s sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value were 61.4%,77.06%,68%and 81%.4.Under the ROC curve of D-D,the area is 0.524,with 6.6mmol/L as the cut-off point; The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of D-D were 11.4%,72.5%,18%and 77%respectively.5.The area under the ROC curve of Lac and D-D was 0.599(P>0.05).Conclusion(s):1.Lac and D-D are independent factors influencing the choice of oxygen therapy in emergency AECOPD patients.2.Lac mode displays the value of its advantages in the choice of oxygen therapy in emergency AECOPD patients.
