The Study On The Basic Public Health Service Ingrassroots Medical Institutions In XX District Of Hohhot City

In order to strengthen residents’ health management and services and improve residents’ health awareness and health level,the Chinese government has put national basic public health services as key medical reforms into practice throughout the country,and provided them free of charge through the national medical and health department.With the increasing number of service projects and the increasing investment in special funds,the difficult issues in the management of the current health sector are how to do a good job in various services,how to improve the quality of services,and how to increase the efficiency of the use of funds.These questions are also the focus of academic research.This article collects data from the health departments,primary medical institutions,and residents of the XX District of Hohhot,Inner Mongolia,and uses the methods of literature analysis,descriptive statistical analysis methods,and chi-square tests,and qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to analyze the public health service capabilities,service project development,capital investment,residents’ awareness rate,satisfaction,and other aspects of XX District via qualitative research and quantitative analysis,summarizing the problems in the service and the causes of the problems,and then proposing corresponding countermeasures for specific issues to provide reference for decision-making of relevant departments.In general,XX District has achieved certain results since the implementation of basic public health services,and has played a positive role in promoting the health of residents.Nevertheless,there are still some problems in the implementation process: First,there are urban-rural differencesin basic public health services.Second,the level of basic public health service personnel is rather low.The third is that the service items are not varied,unable to meet the needs of residents,and fourth,the awareness rate of residents of basic public health service projects is low,and satisfaction is not high.Therefore,we should consider increasing government investment,such as propaganda and personnel investment,to achieve multi-sectoral collaboration;we should also consider using government procurement services to promote the implementation of basic public health service projects in order to solve the existing problems of basic public health services in the XX district of Hohhot.
