In recent years,the number of drug addicts remains high,mainly due to the high relapse rate.Therefore,to reduce the relapse rate and return to the normal life of the community is an urgent requirement to drug addicts in the new situation.Community rehabilitation and rehabilitation treatment strengthens the supervision and management of drug rehabilitation personnel,which has a positive effect on reducing the rate of resuscitation.But it is controlled by manual control,and drug rehabilitation personnel need to blood Laboratory regularly in the rehabilitate drug rehabilitation centers,cumbersome procedures.Therefore,Internet of things technology is used in Community drug rehabilitation,which is to supervise and manage rehabilitation of drug addicts using high technology such as wearable mobile devices,Machine Learning and the Internet,and monitor the drug rehabilitation in real time without affecting the normal working life of drug addicts Personnel behavior effectively prevent drug addicts relapse,and ultimately reduce the rate of resuscitation so that drug rehabilitation personnel completely get rid of drug dependence,return to normal social life.By wearing smart wristbands for drug rehabilitation personnel,get their blood pressure,heart rate and other physiological parameters and GPS position data in real time.Use the method of Artificial intelligence to judge drug,at the same time,electronic fence can be used to monitor the activities of rehabilitation personnel.First of all,the physiological parameters of rehabilitation drug addicts were analyzed,take Artificial neural network(ANN)as identification model,the character vector is made up of the physiological parameters from the Feature engineering,which were used as input vector of Artificial neural network to design reasonable physiological index identification Algorithm,when an abnormal state can be initially determined to be suspected of drug addictions,alarm information issued to prompt managers to carry out the necessary treatment.Secondly,GPS data of drug rehabilitation personnel,combined with Baidu map API to realize the real-time positioning and drugrehabilitation personnel boundary overflow warning;electronic fence marked regional monitoring on Baidu maps,to establish the Descartes coordinate system in this area,find the Minimum Bounding Rectangle;judge the topological relationship between target with the Electronic fence area by Improved ray method,and the warning information is given to the point outside the electronic fence.Use Python for programming on the Windows platform,it has realized the functions of rehabilitation personnel management,alarm management,Electronic fence,system announcement and so on,the whole system,the interface is simple,easy to operate,achieve the goal of the real-time monitoring for drug rehabilitation personnel,the accuracy rate meets practical application demand,improve the monitoring personnel's working efficiency,reduce the work intensity.
