| Campus suicide not only refers to the behavior of an individual who voluntarily ends his or her own life in the school district(or on campus)by adopting some means,but also includes a suicide incident that occurs outside the school,but has a major impact on the school’s teachers’ and students’ psychology(Wang Benfa,Qiao Fuqiang),2015).School psychological crisis intervention means that schools take intervention after the crisis.On the one hand,it is necessary to control the malignant impact of crisis events as much as possible.On the other hand,it helps individuals who are influenced by the crisis.This article mainly adopts reflective research and case analysis methods,through an empirical study of the school’s psychological crisis intervention after school suicide in three cases in Yunnan province,discusses how to conduct timely and effective psychological crisis intervention after school suicide incidents from the school point of view,in order to provide some reference for the school to carry out psychological crisis intervention after campus suicide.In this study,the school’s psychological crisis intervention after campus suicide was divided into two levels of intervention,namely the micro level and the macro level.The micro level of the study focused on group intervention and group counseling.The intervention members were mainly psychological expert team,supplemented by the school team,and the intervention participants were peer friends and witnesses of the campus suicide accident.At the macro level,interventions were conducted on a microlevel basis and more systematic and standardized work was performed.The intervention members,intervention targets,and interventions involved were more comprehensive and diversified than the micro-level interventions.The conclusions of this study are that following a campus suicide incident,the school can follow the following intervention procedures when it comes to psychological crisis intervention:The first step is to assess the nature of the crisis,as well as the scope and extent of its impact.The second step,combined with the actual situation of the school,is mainly the attitude and decision-making of school crisis management.The third step is to contact accessible professional resources outside the school,mainly psychologists and related medical institutions.The fourth step is to determine the level of crisis intervention,that is,micro-level or macro-level.Micro-level interventions and macro-level interventions have the same intervention factors,but there are differences in the specific content of each element,especially the macro-level interventions.The fifth step is to evaluate the intervention effect.The sixth step is to reflect and summary. |
