Objective:At present the incidence of gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)is gradually increasing. This study aims to explore the correlation between the subtype of Gastroesophageal reflux disease(reflux esophagitis reflux esophagitis RE,non erosive reflux disease nonerosive reflux diseases,NERD)and psychological factors(anxiety and depression).Method:A total of 234 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease and 100 patients with healthy physical examination were selected from the digestive internal medicine in the first affiliated hospital of China medical university from March 2015 to January 2017.According to the results of gastroscopy, there were 112 cases of reflux esophagitis,122 cases of non-erosive reflux disease group and 100 cases of normal control group. The Hamilton anxiety scale,Hamilton depression scale and reflux disease questionnaire were used to assess the degree of anxiety, depression and severity of symptoms in the three groups.By analyzing the data of the three groups, the correlation between anxiety degree, depression degree and severity of symptoms was compared, and then the correlation between GERD subtype and anxiety and depression was compared.Results:1.There was no significant difference in gender and age between the three groups(P>0.005).In terms of psychological factors, both the RE group and the NERD group had higher scores of anxiety and depression scores than the normal group(P<0.005).The RE group definitely had 5 patients(4.46%),while there was only 1 person(0.82 %).Compared with 58(47.54%)in the NERD group,82 patients(73.21%)were likely to have anxiety in the RE group,,and 22 in the normal group(22%).There were 77 patients(68.75%)in the RE group and 64 in the NERD group(52.46%)and 36(36%)in the normal group(P<0.005).2.In terms of GERD symptom score, the scores of RE group and NERD group were higher than the normal group, and the RE group was higher than that of the NERD group. The average RDQ(17.46±1.735,15.42±3.085)was higher than the normal group(14.68 + 3.306)(P<0.005).3.RDQ was positively correlated with anxiety and depression scores in patients with the NERD group and the RE group.Conclusion:1.The prevalence of anxiety and depression in the NERD groups and RE groups was significantly higher than the healthy people, and the incidence of RE group was higher than the NERD group.2.Anxiety or depression was positively correlated with the severity of GERD symptoms.
