Objective:To analyze the related risk factors influencing the early prognosis of the infants after simple ventricular septal defect operation. Methods:To evaluate the early prognosis of patients by using the PEWS score, which means 65 patients with simple ventricular septal defect who once underwent surgical treatment from September 2014 to June 2017 in cardiac surgery of the Shengjing Hospital affiliated to China Medical University were grouped based on whether their PEWS score of the early prognosis is more than 2.A single factor analysis on the prognosis was followed in order to research whether there were significant difference on month age, length, weight,DVSD,DAR,DVSD /DAR,aortic cross-clamping time, cardiopulmonary bypass time, whether it had difficulties in feeding, whether it had the recurrence of pulmonary infection, whether it had the absence of congestive heart failure and whether it was a large ventricular septal defect. In the end,the multivariable analysis was used to identify the real independent influence factors by using these selected indicators. Results : Month age, height, weight,DAR,whether it had difficulties in feeding, whether it had the recurrence of pulmonary infection, whether it had the absence of congestive heart failure and whether it was a large ventricular septal defect had statistical differences on the prognosis of the patients, however they had not significantly affected the prognosis of the patients.DVSD/DAR had statistical differences on the prognosis of the patients and it also had statistically influenced the prognosis of the patients.(P< 0.05)Conclusion:DVSD /DAR had significantly influenced the prognosis of the patients. The greater DVSD/DAR is the more likely to result in poor outcomes. In clinical work,we can evaluate the prognosis of the patients with DVSD/DAR.
