The Clinical Efficacy And Expression Of Anxa4 In Fallopian Tube Carcinoma And Normal Fallopian Tube Tissue

Objective: To explore the expression and clinical significance of Annexin A4(Anxa4)in fallopian tube tissue.Methods: The expression of Anxa4 in 62 cases of primary carcinoma of fallopian tube tissue and 31 cases of normal fallopian tube tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry,and analyze its relationship between Anxa4 expression and clinicopathological parameters in primary carcinoma of fallopian tube tissue and its effect on patients’ prognosis.Results: The expression of Anxa4 was on the membrane,The positive expression rate of Anxa4 in primary fallopian tube carcinoma was 25.81%,in normal fallopian tube group was 100.00%(p<0.01).There was no significant difference of the expression of Anxa4 with clinicopathological parameters(p>0.05).FIGO stages III-IV was related with poor prognosis of primary fallopian tube carcinoma patients(p<0.01).Conclusion: The diminution of Anxa4 expression may have relations with the occurrence of primary fallopian tube carcinoma.Expression level of Anxa4 had nothing to do with clinicopathological parameters and prognosis of primary fallopian tube carcinoma patients.
