| Objective:To investigate the effect of preinfusion on hemodynamics during anesthesia induction in elderly patients and its safety.Methods:A total of 60 elderly patientsundergoing electiveradical resection of colon cancer under general anesthesia,ASA grade I to II,and age 60~75 years old,were randomly divided into 3 groups,20 cases in each group.After the patients entered the room,thegroup of A entered the ringer’s solution 5ml/kg within 30 minutes,and thegroup of Breceived the ringer Ringer’s solution 10ml/kg within 30 minutes,while the group of C did not undergo the preinfusion.The walue of cardiac output(CO),mean arterial pressure(MAP),cardiac index(CI),stroke volume(SV),heart rate(HR),central venous pressure(CVP)were recorded at T1,T2,T3 ang T4,and the value of stroke volume variability(SVV)were recorded atT3 and T4,and record the number of cases of ephedrineinterventionduring T3~T4.Results:Compared with T1,the CVP,CO,SV,MAP and CI increased in B group at T2,but not statistically significant(P>0.05),and decreased at T3 and T4(P<0.05).At T3 and T4,the CO,SV,MAP and CI of group B were higher than those of group C(P<0.05),and the SVV of group B was lower than that of group C(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between group A and group C(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in HR and CVP between the 3 groups at each time point(P>0.05).During T3~T4,the number of ephedrine use cases in group B was significantly lower than that in group C(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between group A and group C(P>0.05).Conclusion:According to the clinical observation of different amount of fluid input,the ringer’s solution 10ml/kg can maintain the hemodynamic stability of elderly patients during anesthesia induction,and it is safety and feasibility. |
