Objective : To investigate the effect of propofol sandwiches(PSAT)on emergence delirium and hemodynamics in patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery. Methods:Sixty patients undergoing video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery were selected, aged 30-85 years,American Society of Anesthesiologists(ASA)grading grades I-II,randomly assigned to two groups using random number tables,30 cases in each group.Inhalation combination group(P group)inhalation anesthesia group(S group). Both groups were intravenously induced.Remifentanil was used throughout the two groups. In group P,approximately 30 minutes before surgery, sevoflurane was closed, propofol was gradually increased, and bispectral index(BIS)was maintained.Propofol was switched off at 40-60 when skinning,S group: sevoflurane was switched off at the time of skin setting and the oxygen flow was opened to 6 L/min with a concentration of 100%.The blood pressure, heart rate, blood oxygen saturation,Ramsay sedation score, visual analogue scale(VAS)score, nausea and vomiting score, and extubation were observed and recorded immediately after extubation,5 min,10 min,and 30 min after extubation.Time, operation time and other values.Result : Immediately after extubation,5 minutes and 10 minutes after extubation, hemodynamics and restlessness were significantly more stable in P group than in S group(P<0.05),and the extubation time was significantly lower in P group.S group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion : PSAT can effectively improve the quality of patients undergoing anaesthesia after thoracoscopic surgery, better maintain hemodynamic stability, and effectively shorten the extubation time.
