Objective: Preeclampsia is a peculiar disease during pregnancy. It is a complex multisystem disorder. It is one of the serious complication of obstetrics, which can seriously affect the health of mothers and infants. It is the cause of maternal and perinatal mortality rising. In recent years, with the release of the second-child policy, the fertility peaks have again come.Older pregnant women have been blown out.Severe preeclampsia and other high-risk pregnancy groups have increased. How to effectively reduce maternal and child complications and use existing clinical data to effectively prevent,Predict the occurrence of preeclampsia, become the urgent need to solve the key issues. The purpose of this study is to understand the relationship between human body composition and blood lipid changes and the incidence of preeclampsia by analyzing the human body composition and blood lipids during the first trimester and the third trimester of pregnancy, and to understand the composition of the body composition analysis whether changes in blood fat on the incidence of preeclampsia predictive value. Methods: A retrospective study was conducted to select 80 pregnant women with preeclampsia(preeclampsia group)scheduled for out-patient check-up and in-hospital delivery from November 2016 to November 2017 in HE BEI GENERAL HOSPIAL,40 cases of early-onset severe preeclampsia,40 cases of late onset severe preeclampsia, and to select the same period of the third trimester pregnant women(28-36 weeks)(control group). The results of body composition analysis by bioelectrical impedance technique and the blood lipid index measured by whole blood biochemical analyzer were compared between the two groups in early pregnancy(8-12 weeks)and third trimester(28-36 weeks). To explore the relationship between maternal body composition and blood lipid and preeclampsia.Results:1 Comparison of early pregnancy: There was no significant difference in age, height, gestational age,and pre-pregnancy BMI between the two groups(P>0.05).In terms of maternal components in early pregnancy, weight gain,BF% ratio, and TBW were higher in the preeclampsia group than in the normal group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Early pregnancy weight gain, overall water changes and body fat percentage positively correlated with the incidence of preeclampsia. There were no significant differences in protein, minerals, muscle mass and lean body mass between the preeclampsia group and the control group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in blood lipid levels between pre-eclampsia patients in the first trimester and the control group. In the preeclampsia group, the early preeclampsia TBW was higher than that in the late-onset preeclampsia group. The difference was statistically significant.2 Compared of the third trimester group: the body weight, weight gain and BMI in preeclampsia group were higher than those in control group. In terms of body composition, the levels of FFM,TBW,FM,and BF% in third trimester with preeclampsia were higher than those in control group, with significant difference.ECW,TBW,FM and BF% in late onset preeclampsia group were higher than those in early preeclampsia group, the difference was statistically significant. In terms of serum lipids,TC,TG,and LDL-C in the preeclampsia group were higher than those in the normal pregnancy group, and HDL-C was lower than in the normal pregnancy group. The difference was statistically significant.Preeclampsia group no difference in lipid indicators. The third trimester of pregnancy, preeclampsia body composition and blood lipids are related, both with preeclampsia have correlation.3 Compared with normal pregnant women, the added value of TBW,FM,FFM and BF% in pregnant women in the third trimester of pregnancy was significantly higher than that of the preeclampsia group, which was statistically significant.Conclusions:1 The Body composition analysis reflects changes in body fat and body fluids.Changes in human body composition during early pregnancy in preeclampsia are characterized by an increase in TBW,FM,and BF%,especially in early-onset eclampsia.Analysis of human body composition by bioelectrical impedance technology in early pregnancy may be an effective monitoring method for predicting preeclampsia, especially early preeclampsia.2 Abnormal lipid metabolism is associated with the onset of preeclampsia.Through the monitoring of blood lipid levels in pregnant women, timely detection of abnormal lipid metabolism in pregnant women should be early intervention, active follow-up monitoring of blood lipid changes,as far as possible to reduce the incidence of preeclampsia.3 The body composition analysis can reflect the content and distribution of adipose tissue in human body, and also reflect the changes of lipid metabolism.Through monitoring body composition and changes in blood lipids index during pregnancy, pregnant women with abnormal lipid metabolism can be timely screened, thereby reducing the risk of preeclampsia. In the third trimester, monitoring of body composition and blood lipid levels can be used to assess the preeclampsia condition.
