Early diagnosis of pregnancy in cesarean section and choice of treatment Cesarean section scar pregnancy is a special type of ectopic pregnancy, accounting for 6.1% of total ectopic pregnancy [1].The incidence of cesarean scar pregnancy after cesarean section is approximately 1:1800-1:2000 [2].About 52% of patients with cesarean section scars only have a history of cesarean section [3].Caesarean scar site early pregnancy without specific performance,at least 13.6% clinical cesarean scar pregnancy was misdiagnosed [2].CSP is a time-limited definition, limited to early pregnancy, that is,less than 12 weeks of gestation [4].Pregnancy at the site of cesarean section may present life-threatening complications. When the diagnosis is CSP,clinicians usually recommend that the patient terminate the pregnancy. However, not all CSP patients must terminate the pregnancy once diagnosed, and some patients may be expected to be treated [5].At present, common treatments for termination of pregnancy include: drug therapy [6-8],interventional therapy(UAE,HIFU),and surgical treatment [9,10].There is no consensus on the treatment of CSP,but most literature believes that surgical treatment is superior to drug conservation.Surgical treatment can remove trophoblastic cells and reduce the risk of uterine bleeding [11,12].The long cycle of drug treatment, complications, uterine rupture, bleeding, emergency surgery and other high risks.Clinical I type CSP and clinical type II and type III CSP patients over 8 weeks are recommended to undergo UAE and other pretreatments before surgery [4].However,the effect of UAE on endometrium, ovarian function and reproductive function of patients needs to be further explored.Whether HIFU treatment is superior to UAE in the treatment of CSP patients with fertility requirements remains to be further studied. How to treat cesarean section scar pregnancy Early diagnosis and precise treatment havebecome a problem worthy of exploration and the effects of different treatment methods on the second pregnancy process and pregnancy outcome need further study.
