Objective: To investigate the clinical features,histological changes and treatment of granuloma annulare.Methods:Clinical data(medical history,physical examination,clinical picture)and pathological sections of patients diagnosed with GA from January 2007 to December 2017 in the Department of Dermatology in our hospital were analyzed and the Results of elephone follow-up treatment and prognosis were analyzed.Results: From January 2007 to December 2017 A total of 80 patients with GA have been diagnosed,including 33 males and 47 females.The age of onset ranges from 5 to 70,>50 years old: 47 cases(Accounted for 58.75%),and the main population was >50 years old in our study.Clinical type: There were 43 cases of localized GA,36 cases of generalized GA,One patient had no clinical image data and could not be classified.No subcutaneous GA and perforating GA were seen.histological changes were 58cases(72.5%)with palisading granuloma,12cases(15%)with scattered histiocytic infiltration,and10case(12.5%)with epithelioid nodules and Mixed type not seen.Treatment and prognosis: In the treatment of 80 GA patients,40 patients received treatment related data,including 30 localized GA patients and 10 generalized GA patients;5 cases of localized GA disappeared after operation.There was no self-healing in 10 cases of generalized GA.Conclusion:1.The majority of the people in this area are over 50 years old,and children are rare that may be related to the number of samples.2.Localized GA is common,followed by generalized GA.Histopathology is palisading granuloma,followed by scattered histiocytic infiltration.
