Pancreaticoduodenectomy(PD)is the best surgical method for treatment of the malignant tumors of pancreas,ampulla,Distal bile duct and duodenum.The operation takes a long time,requires extensive resection of the tissue,and the complications are more and serious.Pancreatic fistula is the most common and serious complications.The Reasons leading to pancreatic fistula are complex and complicated,and pancreaticojejunostomy is the only factor that that can be controlled artificially.With the continuous improvement of surgical technology,pancreatojejunostomy is continuous developing.There are three commonly used anastomosis.Which includes invagination pancreaticojejunostomy,duct-to-mucosa pancreaticojejunostomy and binding pancreaticojejunostomy.it is necessary to abide by individualized principle for the choice of pancreaticojejunostomy in Pancreaticoduodenectomy.With the continuous development of laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy(LPD),pancreatojejunostomy among them has also been used in laparoscopic surgery.The anastomosis of the duct-to-mucosa is more used by surgeons in LPD.
