| Femoral neck fracture is a fracture between femoral neck and the base of femoral neck.It is one of the most common orthopedic diseases.It is commonly seen in the elderly related to osteoporosis.Most middle-aged and adult people are high-energy violence,often combined with other injuries.With the development of the transportation industry,the average life expectancy increases and the incidence of fracture of the neck of the femur also tends to rise.As a common disease in Department of orthopedics,the current stage of treatment includes surgical treatment and conservative treatment.The former mainly includes internal fixation operation such as dynamic hip screw and hollow compression screw.However,unlike other fractures,femoral neck fractures are called "unresolved fractures" because of their high fracture nonunion rate and long term ischemic necrosis of femoral head.This article will review some recent studies. |
