The fiber materials and fiber network prepared by electrospinning technique have shown great potential in biomedical engineering because of their good mechanical and biological properties.Generally,electrospinning fiber diameter is smaller than the cells,so it can be used to simulate the structure and biological function of extra cellular matrix.Also,a large number of electrospinning material has good biocompatibility and degradability.Its application in drug release and tissue engineering is a hotspot nowadays.In the past,electrospinning material was usually preparaed into filaments,but some research has adopt the method of preparing beaded electrospinning membrane..Naringin is a traditional Chinese medicine that promotes osteoblast function and inhibits osteoclast formation.In this experiment,we prepared different membranes showed filament,filament containg a small amount of beads and large amounts of beads under scanning electron microscope,inverted phase contrast microscope by adjusting the parameters.The test of surface contact angle,cell proliferation and naringin's release showed that there was no significant difference in their hydrophilicity,influence on proliferation of osteoblasts and drug's release.The ALP activity and qrt-pcr test showed that the group of pure filament membrane was more beneficial to osteoblast differentiation.The membrane degradation test showed that the more-beaded fibers degraded faster.
