Study On Quality Management Of External Counter-pulsation Project In G Hospital

The quality of management in hospitals has always been the focus of soci ety.Quality management is closely related to patient’s health,reputation and benefit of hospitals.Scientific quality management theory would help to improve the quality of medical projects.Therefore,strengthen quality management is important,which needs the efforts of both departments and members in the hospitals.Pediatric external counter-pulsation mentioned in this study is a feature project of children’s hospital.In recent years,patients have increased a lot with popularization of this project.Therefore,existed members of this department and equipment can’t satisfy the increased demands,along with the weak awareness of quality management if the staff,adverse events occurred continuously,which do harm to the development of this project.This study plans to explore the quality management of the pediatric external counter-pulsation project.Through scientific quality management,we aim to seek for solutions to the problems mentioned above.In this paper,we used the application of pediatric external counter-pulsation project as background and analyzed the problems of quality management during the application of external counter-pulsation.We have also figured out the key points which affected quality control.Hence our study is of great importance.Through the application of theories in project management and project quality management,we emphasized to manage the difficulties during quality control process.Via the quality management of operator aptitude,system specification,key factors of the application quality,and supervision during the whole process of project application,we proposed to come up with solutions to improve the quality of the pediatric external counter-pulsation project and has achieved good results.Not only has the quality of staff’s medical quali ty management been improved,but also their own development,and they have learned to use a variety of different methods to increase work efficiency and reduce medical disputes.Through these efforts,satisfaction to the hospital of patients and they famil ies has increased a lot,which brings tangible and intangible benefits to the hospital.Therefore,our study is of practical significance for the application of similar clinical projects in the future.The research approach of this study is described as follows.We first elaborate the relevant research background,significance,current situation and theories of quality management.Then,we introduce external counter-pulsation,it’s application field and the significance of quality management and main influe nce factors.After that,we analyze the problems in quality management of external counter-pulsation project,propose countermeasures and suggestions,summarize the effects of improvement.Finally,we give the conclusions of the paper.
