With the development of the information age,The need for location information is growing,In view of the successful application of the existing GPS localization system,more and more attention has been paid to indoor localization such as items positioning in the warehouse,items positioning in the market,medical staff and patient positioning in hospital,there are more and more researches on indoor localization technology because of the GPS system cannot meet the localization accuracy of indoor environment.RFID technology has been widely used in warehouse management,transportation,logistics,medical,and many other fields because of its non-line-of-sight,non-contact and other characteristics,RFID technology can not only get the information stored in the target quickly and also can locate and track the target.It makes RFID became the preferred indoor localization technology.The localization of medical staff and patients in healthcare environment can realize the real-time scheduling of medical staff and the unified management of patients,etc.,it can realize safety monitoring for patients,improve the efficiency of hospitals,and reduce the occurrence of medical accidents,and improve the hospital's ability to deal with emergencies.Therefore,it is of great significance to study indoor positioning in healthcare environment.The research object of this paper is to improve the RFID indoor localization algorithm for healthcare.The LANDMARC indoor localization algorithm based on RFID was improved through the study of RFID indoor localization algorithm and the characteristics of obstacles in healthcare environment to improve the positioning accuracy.The specific research contents are as follows:Firstly,this paper has proposed a logarithmic path loss correction model,and the logarithmic path loss correction model is adopted to compensate positioning signal to improve the positioning accuracy which is affected by walls.The experimental results show that the LANDMARC indoor positioning algorithm based on the logarithmic path loss correction model has a higher positioning accuracy.Secondly,an improved K-nearest neighbor algorithm is proposed as a reference tag selection method of LANDMARC indoor localization algorithm,in order to get a more accurate reference tag for LANDMARC algorithm by using the primary screening of the reference tags for secondary screening.The experimental results show that the improved K-nearest neighbor algorithm can further improve the positioning accuracy of LANDMARC indoor positioning algorithm.Finally,the improved LANDMARC indoor location algorithm has been applied to the healthcare oriented RFID indoor positioning system,and has carried on the simulation experiment,the simulation results show that,under the same condition,the average position error of LANDMARC improved algorithms is significantly reduced.
