| Purpose:Objective to observe the clinical efficacy and side effects of "Wen’s slow wet 2prescription " in the treatment of chronic eczema(spleen deficiency and Dampness Retention type),so as to provide better thinking for clinical treatment of chronic eczema,and provide more clinical basis for "Wen’s slow wet 2 prescription" as an agreement prescription for treating chronic eczema.Methodology:In this paper,68 patients with chronic eczema(spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation type)were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group(34cases),In the control group,34 cases were treated by oral administration of loratadine tablets and amitasone furoate ointment,while those in the treatment group were given Chinese medicine decoction "Wen’s slow wet 2 prescription" orally.In addition,the control group was given a course of treatment of "Shenlingbaizhu powder" for 4weeks as a course of treatment.Objective indexes(skin lesion area and eczema severity index)and subjective indexes were observed at the end of 2 weeks before and after treatment in the two groups of patients with chronic eczema.To compare the difference between the two groups.Three months after the end of treatment,the patients were followed up.The adverse reactions of all the subjects were recorded during the treatment to evaluate the safety of the drug.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.5 %,the total effective rate of the control group was 62.5 %,the total effective rate of the control group was62.5 %,the total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.The relapse rate in the treatment group was 28.57 and that in the control group was 63.16.The rank sum test showed that the relapse rate in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(p < 0.05).Conclusion:"Wen’s slow wet 2 prescription" and "Shenlingbaizhu powder",comprehensive curative effect is obviously superior to the latter,can reduce the recurrence rateobviously,and less adverse reactions,worthy of clinical application. |
