Analysis Of The Present Situation Of WeChat Public Platform Construction In Chengdu Hospital Under The 'Micro Era'

Objective Through the census of WeChat public number in 524 hospitals in Chengdu,we understand the current situation of WeChat public platform construction in Chengdu Hospital.And the hospital influence was ranked through WCI,and the similarities and differences between different hospitals were analyzed.to explore the influence and role of WeChat in optimizing hospital management and shaping hospital brand.Meanwhile,a questionnaire survey was conducted to understand the usage,expectation and satisfaction of the WeChat public number.In order to better promote the WeChat public platform of Chengdu Hospital,it will provide data support and theoretical reference for further development in the future.Methods This study collects policy documents and periodical documents related to "hospital WeChat platform" and "hospital brand" through literature analysis to understand the current situation and development trend of the construction of the WeChat public platform.Then the questionnaire survey method was used to investigate the audience's cognition and use of WeChat public platform.Statistical description and chi square test were used to analyze the questionnaire data.At the same time,WeChat communication index(WCI)was used to rank the influence of WeChat public number in Chengdu hospital,and the results were analyzed by correlation and other statistical methods.Results First,the overall opening rate of the WeChat public platform in Chengdu Hospital and the utilization rate of menu columns need to be improved.The number of content types should be balanced.The direction of differentiation and precision in hospital operation management is not obvious.Second,private hospitals are not as good as public hospitals in the management of WeChat public platform,and have been surpassed by public hospitals.Third,the WCI influence ranking in public hospitals is higher than that of private hospitals.The size of the WCI value lies in the quality of the contents of the articles,the popularity of the audience,the strength of the hospital and the management ability of the operation.Suggestions(1)Keep pace with the times and change the thinking of hospital management.(2)Multichannel publicity to improve hospital attention.(3)Providing personalized precise service and molding hospital brand image.(4)Optimize the column setting and improve the quality of the article.(5)Strengthening hospital information construction and expanding the service function of WeChat public platform.(6)Strengthen the supervision of the hospital and guide the network public opinion correctly.
