Objective:Based on 179 cases of serous ovarian cancer clinical medical records and follow-up data were retrospectively analyzed, discusses factors affecting the prognosis of serous ovarian cancer, strive to provide the basis for the further reasonable treatment. Methods:The clinical data of 179 patients with serous ovarian cancer who were treated at the shengjing hospital affiliated to China medical university on December31,2010 were collected from solstice, retrospective analysis was performed,to study the relationship between the onset age, preoperative CA125 levels in patients, ascites, abdominal metastases and residual lesion size, lymph node cleaning and transfer, extent of tissue differentiation and FIGO staging with the prognosis of patients with serous ovarian cancer.SPSS21.0 statistical software was used for data analysis.Enumeration data were compared with χ2 test.Kaplan-meier method is applied to the calculation of survival rate and the description of survival curve. The difference of survival rate between single factor and related factors was analyzed by log-rank test, and Cox regression model was applied to multivariate analysis.Statistical significance was considered for P<0.05.Results:1.As of January 1,2018,15 cases of patients with serous ovarian cancer were lost, and the loss rate was 8.4%.Among the patients who were followed,77 patients died, with a 2-year survival rate of 75%and a 5-year survival rate of 52%.2.The age of onset has no effect on the prognosis of serous ovarian cancer patients.3.Preoperative CA125 levels affect the prognosis of serous ovarian cancer, and its expression in different surgical-pathologic staging is difference, the expression level of CA125 in patients with late is higher than in patients with early.4.Abdominal water volume is a prognostic factor in patients with serous ovarian cancer, but it is not an independent prognostic factor.5.The size of peritoneal metastasis is a prognostic factor in patients with serous ovarian cancer, but it is not an independent prognostic factor.6.Residual lesion size is a prognostic factor in patients with serous ovarian cancer, but it is not an independent prognostic factor.7.Surgical-pathological staging is a prognostic factor for patients with serous ovarian cancer and is an independent prognostic factor. The survival rate of patients with advanced stage 2,3 and 5 years was lower than those in the early stage, suggesting that the prognosis of patients with serous ovarian cancer was worse.8.The histological grade of patients had no effect on prognosis.9.Lymph node dissection has an effect on the prognosis of patients with serous ovarian cancer, but it is not an independent factor affecting the prognosis and has no effect on the total survival time of patients with advanced stage.Lymph node metastasis had no effect on the total survival time of patients.Conclusion:1.Single factor analysis of this research shows preoperative CA125 level, abdomen how much water, basin celiac the lymph node metastases residual lesion size, size, and surgical-pathologic staging associated with patients’overall survival(P<0.05).2.Multivariate analysis showed that FIGO staging was an independent risk factor affecting the total survival of serous ovarian cancer.
