The Therapeutic Methods And Prognosis Of Fertility Preserving Surgical Procedures To Treat Cervical Lesions

The age of patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)and cervical cancer shows a more apparent tendency of younger.Most of them are of childbearing age,who are eager to preserve their fertility after treatment.In recent years,there were many studies on fertility preserving surgical procedures,pregnant complications and pregnancy outcomes.CIN is a period during the development of cervical cancer.CIN is classified into three categories according to different cervical lesion degrees and different degrees are corresponding to different treatments.CIN carries no immediately risk to the pregancy,so it is very important to choose the treatment opportunity.The patients with early cervical cancer can choose cervical conization and radical trachelectomy to preserve their fertility after treatment.The clinical effect of fertility preserving surgical procedures and the radical hysterectomy don't have significances.The cervical conization and radical trachelectomy both have kinds of influences on pregnancy outcomes.We are looking for the effective methods to raising the pregnancy rate and improve the outcome of pregnancy.This paper reviews the different selections of therapeutic methods and prognosis in those patients with CIN and early cervical cancer.
