| Objective:In this study,we discussed the changes of acid secreting state in chronic gastritis and FD patients through the detection and analysis of pH level of gastric juice,in order to provide evidence for rational use of acid suppressants in clinical practice.Methods:With the help of gastroscopy combined with gastric mucosa biopsy,108 cases of patients were divided into 15 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis group,53 cases of chronic non-atrophic gastritis group and 40 cases of FD group,of which chronic atrophic gastritis and chronic non-atrophic gastritis were called chronic gastritis as a whole;and according to the results of H.pylori test of 13C-urea breath test(13C-UBT),the above patients were divided into H.pylori positive group(33 cases)and negative group(75 cases).30 cases of health examiners were used as the normal control group.All the patients were tested for pH value of gastric juice during gastroscopy.All the data involved in the research was analyzed by SPSS statistical software,normal distribution measurement data expressed with the mean standard deviation(x±S),count data using chi square test,non-normal distribution of measurement data using rank sum test.P≤0.05 was considered as statistically significant.Results:1.There was no statistical difference in sex and age between the four groups of subjects(P>0.05),the comparison between the groups can be carried out.2.Histopathological analysis of gastric mucosa was performed in the normal control group,chronic atrophic gastritis group and chronic non-atrophic gastritis group.3.In the normal control group,there were 25%pH<1.55.75%pH<2.0 in gastric juice;25%pH<1.7.75%pH<2.0 in chronic atrophic gastritis group;25%pH<1.5.75%pH<2.0 in chronic non-atrophic gastritis group,and25%pH<1.5.75%p H<1.98 in gastric juice of FD group.There was no statistical difference in pH value of gastric juice between patients and the normal control group(P>0.05).There was no statistical difference in pH value between chronic atrophic gastritis group,chronic non-atrophic gastritis group and FD group(P>0.05).4.In H.pylori positive group,there were 25%pH<1.7.75%p H<2.5 in gastric juice;25%pH<1.5.75%pH<1.93 in gastric juice in H.pylori negative group.There was no statistical difference in the pH value between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:It is not appropriate to use proton pump inhibitors extensively for a long time for patients with chronic gastritis and functional dyspepsia. |
