Clinical Efficacy Of Pemetrexed Disodium Chemotherapy Combined With Intrapleural Injection Of Isodium Cantharidinate,Vitamin B₆,IL-2 And Cisplatin In Non-small Cell Lung Cancer With Maligant Pleural Effusion

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of pemetrexed disodium chemotherapy combined with intrapleural injection of isodium cantharidinate,vitamin B₆,IL-2 and cisplatin in non-small cell lung cancer with maligant pleural effusion（MPE）.Methods:The clinical data of 120 non-small cell lung cancer patients with MPE from January 2014 to January 2017 in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods.60 patients in the control group received the pemetrexed disodium chemotherapy combined with intrapleural injection of IL-2 and cisplatin,based on this,60 patients in the observation group received the intrapleural injection of isodium cantharidinate and vitamin B₆.The central venous catheter was continuously drained under the guidance of B-mode ultrasound.After adequate drainage,the drug was perfused.Results:After 2 courses of treatment,the KPS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group（P>0.05）;After 2 courses of treatment,the KPS score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistical difference（P<0.05）;The total clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（83.33%vs 75.00%,Z=-6.470,P=0.000）;The SF-36 scores between the two groups had no significant difference before treatment（P>0.05）.After 1 and 2 courses of treatment,the scores of physiological function,body pain,general health,social function,emotional function,and mental health of the observation group were higher than those of the control group（P<0.05）;No difference was found in the scores of physiological role and vitality（P>0.05）.The incidence of neutropenia,anemia,fatigue,and bowel reaction between the two groups had no significant difference（P>0.05）.After treatment,5 out of 120 patients had neutrophils,which were cured after symptomatic treatment.Anemia occurred in 4 patients,which was cured after treatment with drugs and blood transfusions.8 patients were fatigued,3 of them improved themselves,and the other 5 patients were improved after giving nutrition solution.9 patients had varying degrees of nausea and vomiting,of whom 5 patients improved on their own;4 patients eased after a simple gastrointestinal treatment.Mild pleural reaction occurred in both groups during the puncture,which was disappeared after symptomatic treatment by the doctor.No pneumothorax,fluid leakage,or drainage tube obstruction occurred in both groups during treatment.Conclusion:The pemetrexed disodium chemotherapy combined with intrapleural injection of isodium cantharidinate,vitamin B₆,IL-2 and cisplatin in non-small cell lung cancer with MPE can significantly improve the patient’s physical strength and the quality of life,which is recommended.
