Objective:To investigate the extent of changes in platelet aggregation and major adverse cardiovascular events after dual antiplatelet therapy in patients with non-ST-elevation acute coronary syndrome undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention?PCI??Methods:This study was selected 373 patients with non-ST-segment elevation acute coronary syndrome treated with PCI and standardized DAPT from September 2016 to June 2017 in the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University.According to the incidence of MACEs within 6 months after surgeryare, this patients was divided into A group and B group. The basic information, drug and coronary intervention data and platelet parameters, platelet aggregation rate?PAR0?before PCI,mean platelet aggregation rate?PAR1?after PCI,platelet aggregation rate change??PAR=PAR1-PAR0?and other laboratory tests were compared between the two groups.Binary Logistic regression analysis was used to investigate the related factors affecting MACEs in NST-ACS patients. The receiver operating characteristic curve was used to analyze the predictive value of the variation range of platelet aggregation rate in the occurrence of MACEs in NST-ACS patients.Statistical Analysis SPSS 21.0 statistical software was used, and the P value of less than0.05 on both sides was statistically significant.Results:373 patients were enrolled in this studay.Age,glycosylated hemoglobin,LDL cholesterol,LDL-C and PAR1 levels were higher than those in group B?P<0.005?.Patients in group A had lower platelet aggregation rate change than those in group B?P<0.0001?.The binary logistic regression analysis showed that the factors related to the occurrence of MACEs were LDL-c and PAR.The application of ROC curve results showed that when RDW=29.07%,the predicted value of platelet decrease predicts that MACEs have the largest predictive value.Conclusions:1.The extent of platelet aggregation changes and LDL-C are independent risk factors for the occurrence of MACEs in NST-ACS patients.2.The extent of platelet aggregation rate has a higher predictive value for the occurrence of MACEs after DAPT treatment in NST-ACS patients.
