Objective: Investigating the relationship between abnormal signs of CT in early stage of cerebral ischemia and the occurrence of cerebral infaction.And analyzing the relationship between the blood Hcy and the blood UA with these signs.We can understand the clinical significance of abnormal signs of CT in early stage of cerebral ischemia,and provide new ideas and basis for clinical diagnosis of cerebral ischemia.Methods: Retrospective study 403 patients with symptoms of cerebrovascular disease.All clients underwent skull CT examination and the results are negative or doubtful.According to the review,all clients were divided into two groups(positive and negative).Investigating the relationship between abnormal signs of CT in early stage of cerebral ischemia;Comparing the blood Hcy and the blood UA whether there is a difference between the two groups.Each one of the early signs was recorded as "1",statisticing the first brain CT scores.Measuring the CT value of the lesion and the CT value of blood vessel suppling to the part of the lesion in the positive group.Analyzeing the relationship between CT value,CT score and the blood Hcy,UA.Results:1.Vascular high density sign,the change of brain sulci fissures cistern,the disorderly structure of gray and white matter,lentiform nucleus edge blur and early low density are Statistically different between the two groups.The change of ventricle struture is no statistic difference.2.Regression coefficient respectively:vascular high density sign 0.87,the change of brain sulci fissures cistern 1.72,lentiform nucleus edge blur 1.76,early low density shadow 1.69 and disorderly structure of gray and whitematter 1.81.Odds ratio are 2.387,5.584,5.812,5.419,6.110 respectively.3.There is a statistical difference in the blood Hcy and the blood UA between the two groups.4.There is a positive correlation between the CT value of the blood vessel suppling to the part of the lesion and the blood Hcy,UA;There is no correlation between the CT value of the lesion and the blood Hcy,UA.5.There is a positive correlation between the CT score and the blood Hcy,UA.Conclusion: Meaningful abnormal signs on brain CT images combined with laboratory tests can be more accurately diagnosis early cerebral ischemia.
