Research Progress Of Lower Extremity Arterial Disease In Diabetetic Patients

Diabetes is a disease that seriously damages human health and is easily complicated by macrovascular and microvascular diseases.Perpetual arterial disease(PAD)is one of the chronic vascular complications of diabetes.Currently,factors including multiple cytokines,metabolites,potential biomarkers,etc.are closely relatetad to the progress of PAD.With the increasing prevalence of lower extremity arterial disease in diabetetic patients,its pathogenesis and treatment have been research hotspots in related fields.Here,We reviewed the research progress on diagnosis,epidemiology,pathogenesis and treatment of diabetic lower extremity arterial disease.
