Objective:to investigate the clinical efficacy of one-stage and staged flexible ureteroscope lithtripsy(FURL)in the treatment of upper urinary tract calculi. Methods:A retrospective analysis of clinical data in our department from September 2016 to August 2017,105 patients underwent flexible ureteroscope lithotripsy patients,one-stage group of 47 cases,58 cases of staged group, compared two groups of operation time, placing sheath rate, stone free rate, complication rate, total hospital stays. Results:There were 2cases who had difficulty of placing sheath duing to ureterostenosis and 1 case who had turbid urine above the stone in the one-stage group, the 3 cases were all only placed double J tube in one-stage,the rest of the 44 cases were successfully crushed stone;58 cases of staged group were successfully crushed stone.the two groups in the operation time(66.34 ± 8.65 vs 64.07 ± 9.21)min,placing sheath rate(95.7% vs100%),stone free rate(84.1% vs 89.7%)and complication rate(13.6 vs12.1%)were no significant difference(P>0.05).A total hospital stays of one-stage group(5.39±1.50)days was lower than the staged group(6.60±1.38)days,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion : Under the condition of strictly grasping the indications of operation,one-stage FURL is comparable to staged FURL in terms of efficacy and safety, and has a shorter treatment period、 shorter hospital stays and lower cost.It can be widely used in clinical practice. |
