| Objective: To systematically evaluate the prognosis of sepsis in children with blood lactate levels. Methods: We searched for CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,Web of Science, and PubMed databases to find out the relationship between blood lactate levels and the prognosis of sepsis in children. The trials and search deadlines were all from the construction of the database to March 2018.According to the methods recommended by the Cochrane Center for the evaluation of literature quality, clinical trials were evaluated for quality and meta-analyses.Results: This study eventually included 10 clinical trials involving a total of 1,084 subjects.A meta-analysis of whether blood lactate levels were normal or not showed that the mortality rate of high blood lactate levels was significantly higher than that of normal blood levels, with a statistically significant difference [OR=7.71,95%CI [5.32,11.16],P<0.00001],Meta-analysis of blood lactate levels at different heights showed that mortality at higher blood lactate levels was significantly higher than low blood lactate levels, with a statistically significant difference [OR=3.97,95%CI [2.69,5.87],P<0.00001].Conclusion: High blood lactate levels will increase the mortality of children with sepsis, and the higher the blood lactate level, the higher the mortality rate. |
