Renal Cyst Unroofing Under Retroperitoneal Laparoscopy And Ureteroscopic Insixion And Drainage:A Meta Analysis

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of retroperitoneal laparoscopyand ureteroscopic insixion and drainage of simple renal cyst byMeta analysis.Methods:Computer retrieval of PubMed、Cochrane Library、EMbase、CNKI、Wanfang、Weipu databases and Chinese Biomdical literature Database,according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria ollected and screened out a randomized controlled studies on the treatment of simple renal cysts,Published before May 31,2017.The evaluated by the methodo—logical quality,statistical analyzed with RevMen 5.3 software.Result:Nine studies met the inclusion criteria with a total of 509 patients,including 253 patients of ureteroscopic insixion and drainage and 256 patients of retroperitoneal laparoscopy.Compared with the control group,the results of Metaanalysis showed that the postoperative pyrexia [OR=0.56,95%CI(0.24~1.29),P=0.18]、after 1 years of follow-up the recurrence rate of renal cyst[OR=0.41,95%CI(0.15~1.10),P=0.86],the difference was not significan.Operation time[MD=-25.63,95%CI(-35.80~-15.45),P<0.01]、peroperative bleeding [MD=-31.93,95% CI(-51.69~-12.16),P=0.02]、postoperative hospitalization time [MD=-1.87,95% CI(-2.61~-1.13),P<0.01],the difference was statistically significant.Compared to the retroperitoneal laparoscopy,ureteroscopic insixion and drainage showed shorter operation time,less bleeding.Conclusio:Compared to the retroperitoneal laparoscopy,the ureteroscopic insixion and drainage of simple renal cyst is a safe and effective method of treating simple renal cysts.
