Primary Signet-ring Cell Carcinoma Of The Urinary Bladder:Review Analysis Of 38 Cases

Objective:To comprehensively understand the main clinical features of Primary signet-ring cell carcinoma of the bladder,and to retrospectively analyze the collected cases.Identifying the best treatment options and independent risk factors that affect the patient's survival time.Methods:The CBM and CNKI,PubMed and The Cochrane Library were searched.The articles was about primary signet ring cell carcinoma of The bladder,collected by meet in December 2016,38 cases were met,and carried on The retrospective analysis,collected sex,age,clinical symptoms,serum carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)levels,TNM of tumor,treatment and followed The survival time of patients who were after the treatment.It was estimated that between groups of patients survival time and log rank test.The influence of select only those variables associated with survival in univariate analysis used in multivariate analysis to analyze the independent risk factors for survival.Results:There were 5 patients who had survived for more than 1 year in stage IV,the treatment methods were radical rystectomy or part with laparoscopic or open.After analysis,the patients' gender,age,serum CEA value and main clinical symptoms were not related to the survival time after treatment(P>0.05).The classification of tumor(P =0.013)was an independent risk factor affecting survival time after treatment.In all cases,25 cases were reported the serum CEA,the serum CEA was markedly increase in 21 cases(84%),the normal was 4 cases(16%).Conclusion:The stage of primary bladder signet ring cell carcinoma was an independent risk factor that affected the survival time of patients.For the treatment,the radical rystectomy was still the first choice of effective treatment.For the diagnosis,cystoscopy and biopsy were the most accurate diagnostic methods,and the result was the most accurate diagnosis.In this study,the positive rate of serum CEA in patients was relatively high,which may have certain diagnostic value for primary signet ring cell carcinoma of bladder,and the more data analysis support was needed.
