Objective: To compare the anesthetic effect and safety of propofol combined with desflurane and sevoflurane in robot assisted gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Materials and Methods: 40 women with American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status I–Ⅲ,whose ages were between 30 and 65 years and who were undergoing robot-assisted laparoscopic gynecologic procedures between december 2016 to december 2017,were randomly divided into two groups(group D and group S),each group with 20 cases.group D were treated with desflurane combined with propofol and group S were treated with sevoflurane combined with propofol.Hemodynamics, respiratory parameters and vasoactive drugs usage were recorded at 10 min after enter the operation room(T0),15 min after induction of anesthesia(T1),15 min(T2),30 min(T3),60 min(T4),120min(T5)after pneumoperitoneum and 5min(T6)at the end of pneumoperitoneum. The recovery times to eye opening, extubation, reach standard to leave recovery room and OAA/S score were recorded, the occurrence of cough, nausea and vomiting, conjunctival edema cases were recorded during the recovery period. Results: Both groups had stable anaesthesia during operation. There was no statistical difference in hemodynamic parameters between the two groups at different time points after some adjustment.Nostatistical difference was observed in vasoactive drug usage between both groups, but The recovery times to eye opening, extubation, reach standard to leave recovery room in group D were lower than group S.There was no significant difference in the quality of analepsia and OAA/S score between both groups. Conclusion: Propofol combined with desflurane and sevoflurane in general anesthesia both have good controllability in robot assisted laparoscopic gynecologic surgery, the perioperative hemodynamic state can be kept stable. The postoperative recovery time and extubation time of desflurane combined with propofol were shorter than sevoflurane combined with propofol without differente rate of the postoperative complications. Both anesthesia methods used in robot assisted laparoscopic hysterectomy were safe and effective.
