The development of new drugs is a great social significance. The precise search for target proteins of biologically active small molecules is a key step in the development of new drugs.Existing methods for finding target proteins often need to change their structure and it is difficult to find the accurate targets. This article is based on a method that does not require changing the structure of drug candidates to search for drug target proteins.Using the difference in the thermostability that may occur when the drug binds to the target, the different point in the gel diagram is searched by the fluorescence difference two-dimensional electrophoresis experiment. We used methotrexate and HEK293 T cells incubated at different temperatures after treatment, using two-dimensional electrophoresis separation, found the same point in the literature with the protein differences, verifying the feasibility of the method. This method was used to find possible targets of the candidate drug wsh-7 in GL261 cells, and the differences in the thermal stability of wsh-7 after treatment were found. We analyzed a variety of bovine serum samples using two-dimensional electrophoresis and found that fetal bovine serum protein spots were more than newborn bovine serum.Imported fetal bovine serum albumin spots were more than native fetal bovine serum.
