Comparison Of Clinical Application Of Clarus Visual Laryngoscope Hard Lens And Macintosh Laryngoscope In The Trachea Cannula

Objective:The differences of two kinds of laryngoscopy were discussed by comparing the time of one intubation,the number of successful intubation,the complications of intubation and the heart rate and blood pressure during intubation by comparing the Clarus visual laryngoscope hard endoscopy and the ordinary direct laryngoscope useing for Mallampati airway grade III-IV patient.Methods:In our hospital from October 2013 to March 2018,120 patients with tracheal intubation under general anesthesia were randomly divided into study group and control group.In the study group,60 cases were in the control group of patients,and the control group was 60 cases,and the control group was Macintosh.Comparison of two groups of blood in the mirror body,hoarseness and throat tissue damage degree,the success rate of intubation,and different time of postoperative complications of hemodynamic changes.Results:The good rate of glottic exposure in group C was 83.33%,which was significantly higher than that in group M?P<0.05?.The higher C-L grade the two laryngoscopy was,the longer the intubation time?P<0.05?.The time of intubation was no difference?P>0.05?in the two laryngoscopy at I-II grade?P>0.05?,and the C group C-L grading to III-IV?45.17±18.33?significantly less than group M?68.14±17.36??P<0.05?,MAP and HR at T₂in group C were lower than that in group M?P<0.05?.The changeof MAP and HR before and after endotracheal intubation,group M was higher than that of C group?P<0.05?.The successful rate of endotracheal intubation in group C was 91.67%significantly better than that in group M?P<0.05?;and there was no difference of hoarseness between group C and group M?P>0.05?.But in group C,the incidence of blood in the mirror body and sore throat was lower than that of group M?P<0.05?.Conclusion:Among the patients with grade III-IV of Mallampati airway,the clarus video hard mirror in heart rate and blood pressure fluctuation,the success rate of trachea intubation,C-L classification as III-IV patients'intubation time and glottis exposure,the complications after general anesthesia are superior to those of ordinary direct laryngoscope,and the clinical application value is remarkable.
