Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Helicobacter Pylori By Guben Chuyou Decoction Combined With Western Medicine Quadruple Therapy

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and the eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori in the treatment of cold and heat syndrome type Helicobacter pylori infection with the methodof Guben Chuyou Decoction combined western medicine quadruple therapy.To explore the eradication of Helicobacter pylori new method and improve the eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori.Method:80 patients with Helicobacter pylori infection and Chinese medicine syndrome for the cold and heat type were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of the group.In the treatment group,42 cases were treated with Guben Chuyou Decoction and Western medicine quadruple therapy.The control group?38 cases?was treated with western medicine quadruple eradication therapy.The two groups were treated for 14 days.Four weeks after discontinuation,the 14C breath test was reviewed.The improvement of clinical symptoms,adverse reactions and the eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori were observed.SPSS21.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data.Results:1.This study included a total of 80 patients,1 case of migratory due to a foreign visit,5 cases did not timely referral,review ¹⁴C breath test off,a total of 74patients completed this study.Among the 80 patients,35 were male and 45 were female.The age was between 19 and 65 years old,mainly in the age of 40 years,with an average age of 41.74 years.The average course of disease was 47.12months.Disease distribution:65 patients with Chronic superficial gastritis,15 cases of Chronic atrophic gastritis.There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment?gender,age,disease composition ratio,total score of TCM symptoms??P>0.05?.?P=0.000<0.05?.2.The Comparing results of total score of TCM symptoms before and after treatment in the treatment group and control group were P=0.000<0.05.The two groups of treatment regimen could improve the clinical symptoms of the patients.3.After treatment,thecomparing result between treatment group of traditional Chinese medicine symptomsand control group was P=0.000<0.05,indicating that the difference between the two groups in improving the clinical symptoms of patients was statistically significant.The total effective rates of the clinical symptoms in the treatment group and the control group were 90.24%and63.16%respectively,and the effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group?P<0.05?.4.The eradication rates of Helicobacter pylori in the treatment group and the control group were 85.37%and 73.68%respectively,and the treatment group was slightly higher than the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant?P>0.05?.Conclusion:Through the eradication of Helicobacter pylori can reduce the clinical symptoms of Helicobacter pylori associated gastrointestinal.Guben Chuyou Decoction combined with Western medicine quadruple therapy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of Helicobacter pylori infection,but for the eradication of Helicobacter pylori has no significant effect.
