Objective:This research was aimed to discuss the effective of Tai chi yunshou exercise motor imagery to balance function of Stroke patients, applying the assessment of the the Berg balance scale、 Functional Reach test 、Timed “up and go”test;hopefully that the research can regulate the content of motor imagery, create a plan of motor imagery that is conducive to clinical practice;meanwhile, can exploit the value of Chinese Traditional Taiji quan in the clinical value of motor imagery therapy.Method: 68 patients met the criteria were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Routine rehabilitation trainings were adopted in both groups, however stroke patients in experimental group received tai chi yunshou exercise motor imagery additionally.the Berg balance scale、Functional Reach test、Timed “up and go” test were evaluated at Before treatment and 6 weeks after treatment.Result: After 6 weeks ’ treatment, both groups significant difference(P〈0.05)on Berg balance scale(BBS)、FRT、TUGT compared with itself before, which means both of groups therapies can improve the balance function of Stroke patients;the inter-group comparison: the differences between both groups have statistical significance(P<0.05)after 6 weeks ’ treatment, which means 6 weeks after treatment, the Tai chi yunshou exercise motor imagery has got obvious advantage than the routine group in improving the on balance function of Stroke patients.Conclusion:1.conventional therapy and Tai chi yunshou exercise motor imagery both significantly increase the balance function of Stroke patients, both increase the score of BBS、FRT and reduce the score of TUGT.2.The three evaluation indexes of the Tai chi yunshou exercise motor imagery experimental group both better than the control group, that menas tai chi yunshou exercise motor imagery can significantly increase the balance function of Stroke patients.
