Study On The Obstacles Of Settlement Of Urban Workers’ Medical Insurance

Along with China’s economic development level,city urbanization,a large number of floating population has become a norm of modern life,with the continuous advance of the medical system reform,economic development and social transformation,cross regional employment and personnel flows have become increasingly frequent,the number of insured off-site treatment increased year by year at this stage,the implementation of the remote medical insurance management problems have become increasingly prominent,the medical security system to follow up is becoming more urgent,the floating population from remote medical remote settlement will no longer be coordinating regional restrictions,to achieve the treatment cost of remote direct settlement,especially inter provincial direct settlement became an indispensable guarantee measures.With the gradual establishment and operation of medical insurance settlement system in China,the contradictions of medical insurance settlement in different places are becoming more and more prominent.The construction and operation of medical insurance settlement platform in China can not meet the urgent needs of the people’s medical insurance settlement in different places.It is also an important measure that affects people’s right to health care.Based on the theory of public policy,taking Kunshan medical insurance off-site settlement of urban employees as the research object,this paper studies the problems and defects of Kunshan urban employee medical insurance off-site settlement by comprehensive field investigation,comparative analysis and literature analysis methods.From the perspective of public policy analysis,the article analyzes the reasons why there is no real place for the settlement policy of urban insurance in Kunshan at present,and draws lessons from foreign experience in remote settlement policies to put forward suggestions for the optimization of urban medical insurance in Kunshan.Based on the literature review and related theories,this paper takes the medical insurance for urban workers in Kunshan as a case study to develop a survey report to analyze the status quo of the current medical settlement system for medical insurance for urban workers in Kunshan.,Analyzing the difficulties and problems in the process of medical settlement in different places,analyzing the reasons and laying the foundation for making suggestions.With the continuous reform of the medical system in our country,the economic development,the social transformation,the increasing employment across regions and the movement of personnel,the yearly increase of the number of people insured for medical treatment in different places for medical treatment,the existing medical insurance management in different places The problem has become increasingly prominent,and medical treatment in different places has become a key and difficult issue in the management of medical insurance agencies.Based on the current situation and demand of medical insurance in Kunshan,medical insurance in Kunshan,the paper discusses the medical insurance in Kunshan,Medical problems to provide practical and operational advice and countermeasures.
