| Objective:To investigate the effect of different sedation levels on the use of PCIA in postoperative intravenous controlled analgesia(PCIA)in patients undergoing spinal surgery under spinal anesthesia. Methods:A total of 140 male patients undergoing spinal surgery under spinal anesthesia from May 2017 to November 2017 in Shanxi Medical University from May 2017 to November 2017 were selected. The age ranged from 20 to 55 years. The postoperative pain visual analogue scale(VAS)≤3 According to the Ramsay sedation score, the postoperative patients with Ramsay scores of 1 to 4 were divided into Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ groups,BCS score and Likert-5 grade score were used to evaluate the postoperative 6h Comfort and satisfaction, and record the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in each group..Results:The score of BCS of group Ⅰ,significantly lower than group Ⅱ,group Ⅲand group Ⅳ,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05)after 6 hours and 24 hours; The incidence of nausea and vomiting was higher in the I group than in the III group(P<0.05)after 6 hours, but there was no significant difference between the groups after 24 hours. The satisfaction in group Ⅲ was significantly higher than that in groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅳ(P <0.05).No significant respiratory depression, pruritus and other adverse reactions occurred in the four groups. Conclusions:Patients with PCIA of the lower extremity had less adverse reactions and a higher level of comfort and satisfaction at a VAS score of 3 or less, with a sedation level of 3. |
