Objective:Comparison of different insulin dosage on the curative effect of glycemic control in children with type 1 diabetes cases.Methods:Collected in October 2015 to June 2016,children’s hospital in Shanxi Province genetic metabolic endocrine division in the hospital and is in line with the conditions of Type I diabetes(Type 1 diabetes mellitus,T1DM)in children with as analysis object,a total of 60 patients,randomly divided into two groups: daily multiple subcutaneous insulin injection(daily multiple subcutaneous insulin injection,MDI)groups: Insulin pump continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion(continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion,CSII)group,two groups of children with glucose changes value,blood glucose control is at the time,the daily dosage of insulin,glycated hemoglobin values on admission to hospital(HaemoglobinA1c,HbA1c),statistics since such confinement within 1 week,what’s the incidence of hypoglycemia in two groups of children with follow-up of two groups of children away from the court after march glycated hemoglobin values,Fasting glucose,Fasting blood glucose,FBG).The cases were analyzed retrospectively and the specific conditions of the two groups were observed.According to age(less than 6 years old;more than 6 years old)and disease course(less than 2 years;> 2 years),HbA1c(less than or equal to 7.5%;> 7.5%),And watch the MDI group and CSII hypoglycemia happened.Results:MDI and CSII group comparison,MDI blood glucose control is at target time is longer than CSII group,(P < 0.05),there was no significant difference between two groups of daily dosage of insulin.CSII group hospital and average follow-up HbA1 c below the MDI.MDI group 4.5% incidence of hypoglycemia,2.5% incidence of hypoglycemia,CSII group two groupsThe specific time of hypoglycemia in children is different.The disease duration was greater than 2 years: the incidence of hypoglycemia in MDI group was higher than that in CSII group.Conclusion:Children with type 1 diabetes using insulin treatment process,the different ways of drug delivery,the hypoglycemic effect of CSII more advantages than a MDI.Duration is more than 2 years,when the parents has thinned,using CSII still can effectively reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia.
