Objective:To strengthen the awareness of Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma combined with myeloid leukemia. Methods:We made a retrospective review of the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of two cases of patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma combined with myeloid leukemia, and reviewed the relevant literatures. Results:One case was non-Hodgkin's lymphoma(Peripheral T cell lymphoma)combined with chronic myelogenous leukemia, and the other one was non-Hodgkin's lymphoma(B cell lymphoma)combined with acute myeloid leukemia. Conclusion:It is rare for lymphoma and leukemia to occur in the same patient simultaneously, according to the present study,it is divided into therapy-related and multiple primary malignant tumors. This kind of disease has the characteristics of lymphoma and pathological feature, and the clinical manifestation of leukemia and the characteristics of bone marrow and flow immunological typing. It is difficult to clear diagnosis. The diagnosis of such diseases depends mainly on lymph node biopsy, immunohistochemistry flow immunological typing and related genes, etc. It is very likely to misdiagnose in clinic. There is no standard therapy and the prognosis usually has poor results, the survival period is shorter than that of a single tumor.
