Objective:To investigate the correlation between serum interleukin 10(IL-10)and interleukin-17(IL-17)and fractional exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO)in patients with bronchial asthma(asthma)and its clinical significance in the pathogenesis of asthma. Methods:Sixty patients with asthma selected from our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the Global Initiative for Asthma(2016): 30 in acute exacerbation and 30 in non-acute exacerbation, and 30 healthy controls in the same period. The serum levels of IL-10 and IL-17 were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The lung function and FeNO were measured and the differences between the two groups were observed. Results:The levels of FeNO and serum IL-17 in asthma group were significantly increased compared with those in healthy control group(P <0.05),and those in serum IL-10 asthma group were lower than those in control group The levels of FeNO and serum IL-17 in asthmatic patients were positively correlated(r = 0.635,P <0.01)and negatively correlated with IL-10(r =-0.526,P <0.01).There was no significant correlation between FEV1 and FEV1/FVC in pulmonary function parameters. Conclusion:FeNO is helpful to the diagnosis of asthma.Combined with IL-10 and IL-17,it can reflect the degree of airway inflammation in asthmatic patient s and guide the treatment and management of asthma.
