Objective Observed the postoperative PCIA effects of dezocine 0.3 mg/kg combining with different doses of sufentanil in patients undergoing laparoscopic gynecologic surgery, choose an ideal drug combination dose. Methods A total of 180 patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery were randomized into six groups.S1:0.3 mg/kg dezocine plus 1.0 μg/kg sufentanil;S2:0.3 mg/kg dezocine plus 1.2 μg/kg sufentanil;S3:0.3 mg/kg dezocine plus 1.4 μg/kg sufentanil;S4:0.3mg/kg dezocine plus 1.6 μg/kg sufentanil;S5:0.3 mg/kg dezocine plus 1.8 μg/kg sufentanil;S6:0.3 mg/kg dezocine plus 2.0 μg/kg sufentanil. The main indicators including visual analogue score(VAS)and Ramsay sedation score were evaluated at 1h(T1),24h(T2)and48h(T3)after surgery.Anal exhaust time and the side effects including PONV,skin pruritus, respiratory depression and urinary retention were evaluated during 48 h after surgery. The secondary indicators including age, height, weight, operation time, and anesthesia time. Results There was no statistical difference in age, height, weight, operation time, and anesthesia time among the 6 groups.VAS score: T1: When the dose of sufentanil was lower than 1.6 μg/kg,the VAS score was smaller with the dose of sufentanil increased(P<0.05).When the dose of sufentanil was higher than 1.6μg/kg,there was no statistical difference in VAS(P>0.05).T2: When the dose of sufentanil was higher than 1.4 μg/kg,the VAS score decreased(P<0.05).T3: Therewas no statistical difference in VAS scores among 6 groups.Ramsay sedation effect: As the dose of sufentanil decreases, the incidence of inadequate sedation is higher(P<0.05).T2 and T3:The sedation effect was satisfactory among the 6groups.Anal exhaust time:There was no statistical difference among the 6 groups(P>0.05).PONV:There was no statistical difference among the 6 groups(P>0.05),but with the dose of sufentanil increased, the incidence of PONV has an increasing trend. Conclusion 0.3 mg/kg dezocine combined with 1.4~1.6 μg/kg sufentanil seems to be an ideal dose using in the postoperative PCIA after laparoscopic gynecologic surgery.
