| Objective:Through clinical research,This topic on pain Zhuyu Granule in the treatment of adenomyosis with dysmenorrhea(qi stagnation and blood stasis type)and evaluate objectively the efficacy and safety of 64 cases,as Zhuyu particles for analgesic efficacy and safety of adenomyosis dysmenorrhea clinical treatment to provide objective basis for.Methods:(1)Methods:The test method of randomized,positive drug control,collection of treatment group and control group before and after treatment,VAS score,duration,degree of dysmenorrhea dysmenorrhea score,TCM syndrome score,uterine volume,serum CA125,and the data were analyzed by using relevant statistical methods,analysis and evaluation of clinical efficacy and safety of Zhuyu pain granule treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis in severe dysmenorrhea in adenomyosis.(2)Group: Collected in January 2015-2016 in the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Sichuan Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine)Department of gynaecology outpatient department in line with the inclusion criteria 68 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups,the treatment group of 34 cases,the control group of 34 cases.(3)Medication method: The treatment group was treated with blood stasis and analgesic particles,menstrual period,1,2 times,each time 1,after half an hour to take meals;strict contraception during treatment.The control group taking Dan-E-Fu-Kang decoction,10 g each time 2 spoon,three times a day,half an hour before or after meals taking menstrual withdrawal.Strict contraception during treatment.The treatment group and the control group were treated with the above method for 3 menstrual cycles.(4)Observation index: Before and after treatment were collected in patients withVAS score,duration,degree of dysmenorrhea dysmenorrhea score,TCM syndrome score and TCM symptoms of various curative effect;Ultrasonography observation of uterine volume;serum CA-125 level;the subjects were monitored before and after treatment,blood and urine routine,leucorrhea routine,liver and kidney function,ECG changes.Results:(1)The treatment group and the control group before and after treatment of dysmenorrhea VAS score comparison group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the treatment group compared with the control group after treatment of dysmenorrhea VAS scores between groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The treatment group and the control group before and after treatment of dysmenorrhea duration within the groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);the treatment group compared with the control group after treatment of dysmenorrhea duration between groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)The treatment group and control group before and after treatment,the degree of dysmenorrhea score comparison in the group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the treatment group and control group after treatment,the degree of dysmenorrhea scores were compared between groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The two groups were compared in the treatment of dysmenorrhea,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 91%,the total effective rate of the control group was 87%,the difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)The treatment group and the control group before and after treatment of TCM syndrome integral comparison in the group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the treatment group compared with the control group after treatment of TCM syndrome integral between groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Two groups of patients after treatment of small abdominal pain,duration of pain,menstrual volume,menstrual color,irritability,breast pain were analyzed by Ridit,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Two groups after the end of treatment,the clinical cure rate of the treatment group was 18%,the effective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group,the clinical cure rate was 7%,the effective rate was about 35%.The total effective rate of treatment group and control group were 100% and 84%,respectively.Two groups of TCM syndrome curative effect comparison,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).(5)The treatment group and the control group before and after treatment in the uterine volume group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);the treatment group and the control group after treatment of uterine volume group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(6)Treatment group and control group before and after the treatment of gynecological examination within the groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);the treatment group compared with the control group after treatment of gynecological examination between groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).(7)Comparison of the two groups,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 94%,the total effective rate of the control group was 81%,the treatment group and the control group were compared,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).(8)The results showed that both the treatment group and the control group were safe and reliable.Conclusion:(1)Zhu yu Zhi tong granule can reduce adenomyosis dysmenorrhea pain,TCM syndrome score and shorten the duration of pain,its efficacy is superior to Dane Fukang decoction.(2)Zhu yu Zhi tong granule can narrow the uterine volume in patients with moderate and severe dysmenorrhea.(3)Zhu yu Zhi tong granule can relieve pain on patients with gynecological examinationin patients with moderate and severe dysmenorrhea of adenomyosis.(4)it is safe and reliable in clinical application,and no adverse reaction was found. |
