Epidemiology Investigation And Survival Analysis Of Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

Objective:Hemodialysis(HD)has become the main renal replacement therapy for end stage renal disease(ESRD)patients.Despite the development of hemodialysis technology,the quality of life and the survival rate of patients with maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)are not satisfactory.In 2010,China established Chinese national renal data system(CNRDS),based on the data of hemodialysis patients registered by CNRDS,epidemiological survey of HD patients in xx Province was conducted,and the current situation was preliminarily obtained,then a number of related factors in MHD patients were studied,and the factors affecting the survival of dialysis patients were preliminarily understood.Methods:The study is divided into two parts.In the first part,we investigated the incidence of hematological diseases and the prevalence at the end of the year,the incidence of primary disease,the age of dialysis,the first dialysis vascular access and the frequency of dialysis in 2012-2015 years in xxi province.The second part retrospective analysis of the survival rate of the intial hemodialysis patients in 2012,and the effects of gender,age,primary disease,vascular access,blood pressure,hemodialysis hemoglobin,calcium and phosphorus before dialysis and blood albumin on the survival rate of dialysis patients were analyzed.Results:In xx province,the number of maintenance hemodialysis patients increased annually,the annual incidence in 2015 was 199 per million people,and the incidence of initial hemodialysis patients was 36.63 per million people(pmp)in 2015,and the male patients outnumbered the female every year.The age of the first dialysis patients is prolonged,and the dialysis age has an extended trend.Main causes of ESRD patients on hemodialysis are chronic glomerulonephritis,The 1 year,3 year and the 5 year survival rate was90.4%,77.3% and 60.1%.The risk factors for death in dialysis patients are elderly,primary disease of diabetic nephropathy and hypertensive renal damage,and high blood phosphorus,the first hemodialysis vascular access for autologous fistula,the first dialysis of high hemoglobin and the level of albumin as a protective factor for the prognosis of dialysis patients.Conclusion:Dialysis adequacy still needs to be strengthened.The risk of death of hemodialysis patients was reduced by early establishment of vascular access,control of predialysis blood phosphorus levels,and elevated hemoglobin and serum albumin of initial hemodialysis patients.
