| Objective:33 cases of patients with musculoskeletal tumors of the lower limb were enrolled in this study.Conventional MR scanning and IVIM scanning were performed with a 3.0T MRI system.The values of ADC,ADCslow,ADCfastast and f in benign and malignant musculoskeletal tumors and control groups were measured and analyzed.To determine the diagnostic potential of intravoxel incoherent motion?IVIM?-derived parameters for the differentiation of benign and malignant musculoskeletal tumors of the lower limb.Methods:33 cases of patients,from April 2017 to February 2018,with musculoskeletal tumors of the lower limb were collected from The second hospital of Shanxi Medical University in this study.conventional MR scanning and IVIM scanning were performed with a 3.0T MRI system.10 b-values were used in IVIM acquisition?0,10,20,30,50,80,100,200,400,800s/mm2?.The parameters of IVIM ADC,ADCslow,ADCfast,f in the normal bone marrow cavity of the control group and leisions were measured respectively.According to pathological results,the lesions were divided into benign group and malignant group.The differences parameters were compared,Significant differences were considered when P<0.05.Results:1.The value of ADC,ADCslowlow showed significant difference between benign group and normal control group,there was no significant difference in the value of ADCfast,f.The value of ADC,ADCslowlow showed significant difference between malignant group and normal control group,there was no significant difference in the value of ADCfastast and f.2.The value of ADCslowlow showed significant difference between the benign group and the malignant group,there was no significant difference in the value of ADC,ADCfastast and f.Conclusion:IVIM parameters provide more information about musculoskeletal tumor in the lower limb.ADCslowlow has value in differentiation benign and malignant tumors. |
