Objective:To investigate the main factors influencing Estimated glomerular filtration rates after Retropertioneal Laparoscope Nephron Sparing Surgery. Methods:Clinical data of patients with partial nephrectomy in our hospital from August 2015 to March 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.Among them,37 cases underwent LPN and 30 underwent OPN.General conditions, tumor characteristics, surgical data, creatinine values, and eGFR estimated by MDRD were collected. The data was analyzed by SPSS 21.0 software, and the correlation analysis of the related factors that might cause the decline of eGFR was analyzed. Results:All the 67 patients had smooth operation. And the dates of the tumor size,PADUA values, renal artery occlusion time, intraoperative eGFR decline rate, respectively, are LPN:(2.95±1.03)cm?7.2±1.6?(24.89±9.45)min?(7.91±23.46)%;OPN:(3.76±1.55)cm?8.6±2.8?(17.70±5.13)min?(4.53±13.66)%? In the LPN group compared with OPN group, the change of eGFR during perioperative period was obvious.Linear correlation analysis showed that BMI,preoperative creatinine, preoperative eGFR,and PADUA values were associated with the decrease of eGFR.Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that preoperative creatinine levels and preoperative eGFR levels were associated with decreased eGFR.Conclusion:preoperative renal function level is the risk factor for the decrease of renal function during perioperative period of LPN patients.
