Objective To investigate the status and influences of KAP about cardiopulmonary resuscitation in college students of guangzhou; To explore the influences of Situational-experience teaching method and Situational-simulation teaching method on the theory and skill about CPR,and to evaluate the effects of short-term and long-term after training; To search the literatures about the nursing education with Situational-experience teaching method, and to evaluate the effect of this method. Finally, those will be the basis and guidance to establish the training mode for college students. Methods The project contains three parts: the first part is the sample survey of the status of KAP about CPR;The second part is the effect of Situational-experience teaching method; The third part is the meta-analysis of the effect of Situational-experience teaching method in nursing education. The first part:Two-stage Stratified random sampling was used.First, the medical and non-medical students would be dividedinto two levels. Each layer was numbered and selected randomized. There were 172 medical students and 2395 non-medical students. Then the CPR questionnaire was used to investigate the score of the CPR,the relationship between the KAP and the influences of the score.Data was be entered and double checked with EPIDATA software and be analyzed with SPSS20.0.The second part: Sampling 4 non-medical universities conveniently, and sampling two classes from each college, then Situation-experience group(experimental group,n=287)vs Situational-simulation group(control group,n=291).The scores of CPR theory and skill were assessed Immediately, one month and four month follow-up after training.Data was analyzed with SPSS20.0,if it meet the normal distribution and homogeneity of variance, using the two independent samples t test, otherwise the nonparametric test of K-S inspection;P<0.05 was considered to be statistically significant. The third part: To search the CNKI,Chinese biomedical literature database, wanfang database, weipu database,Pubmed database,Cochrane database and Embase database.Search words were "experience","experiential","teaching","care".Data was analyzed with Stata13.0 software.Results(1)The survey totally distributed 2567 questionnaires, among which 2496 were valid, the recovery rate was97.23%.(2)The mean knowledge score was 20.45 ± 14.43;The mean attitude score was 22.44 + 6.34.The mean practice score was 1.92 ±5.47.The mean KAP score was 44.81±28.94.(3)Spearman correlation analysis showed that there were positive correlation between knowledge and attitude(r=0.489,P<0.01),knowledge and practice(r=0.463,P<0.463),attitude and practice(r=0.396,P<0.01).(4)Stepwise regression analysis showed that Major,Parents' job,CPR training experience,Self-felt health status and Family's health status were impacting on CPR knowledge score;Religious belief,Major,Parents' job,CPR training experience,Self-felt health status and Family's health status were impacting on CPR attitude score;Major,Parents' job,CPR training experience,Self-felt health status and Family's health status were impacting on CPR practice score.(5)T test showed that there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups about the CPR theory and practice(P> 0.05);There was statistically significant difference between the two groups after intervention(P<0.05),while the theoretical examination showed no statistical significance(P > 0.05).There was statistically significant difference between the two groups at the end of the month after the intervention(P<0.05),and the theoretical assessment was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The difference between the two groups about operation was statistically significant(P<0.05)at the end of thefour months after the intervention.(6)T test showed that there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention, the assessment was conducted Immediately, one month and four month follow-up,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).(7)11 articles werebrought into the meta-analysis.There were 641 cases in the experimental group and 630 in the control group.Meta analysis results show that:1,Eight articles were about theory score, the SMD = 1.098,95% CI(0.392,1.805)(P< 0.05);Fou articleswere about operation score, the SMD=1.470,95%CI(0.787,2.153)(P<0.001).Conclusion(1)All of the score of college students about CPR,the score of attitude was highest, while the score of knowledge and practice was lower. It is necessary to comprehensive knowledge, attitude and behavior intervention,in order to improve the overall level of CPR.(2)college students' CPR knowledge, attitude and practice were positive correlated.(3)The factors impacting on CPR knowledge were related to Religious belief,Major,Parents' job,CPR training experience,Self-felt health status and Family's health status.(4)The situational-experience teaching method is much better than the traditional teaching method for improving CPR knowledge andpractice of college students,is worthy be widely application. The deterioration of the KAP of CPR in participants over time, which indicates that it is necessary to refresh training.(5)The situational-experience teaching method is better than the traditional teaching method in nursing education too, which is worthy of popularization and application.
