| Objective:This paper intends to establish craniocerebral blunt injury model,which can explore both the physical parameters(the dose effect relationship of the damage degree of injury),and analyze craniocerebral blunt injury and biomechanical characteristics,at the same time we use the animal model to research craniocerebral blunt injury mechanism by forensic and biomechanics methods.Methods:In the light of the purpose of the experiment,the remaked BIM-Ⅱ type biological impact machine was adopted.The sixty New Zealand white rabbits were divided into 6 groups,different quality of a material sticks(metal sticks and wooden sticks)and different strike force(550kpa and 450kpa)attacked different parts of rabbit,in order to observe the changes in vital signs and characteristics of head injury through morphological observation,and to compare and analyze the histopathological and imaging results,and to construct the craniocerebral blunt injury model and determine the observation index.Simultaneously,we evaluated the model by the intracranial pressure detection,high speed camera and other means and to determine whether the animal model of brain injury could be applied in forensic injury mechanism research.Results:Based on vital signs changes,anatomical observation,histopathological observation,the morphological changes of brain injury from macro and micro aspects were observed.The objective indexes to reflect the brain injury were determined and the classified.The indexes to reflect the different material injury tool,the different crackdown and the different striking position for craniocerebral blunt injury model were identified and classified.The results of CT imaging were basically identical with anatomical observation,so CT could undertake part of anatomical observation.Intracranial pressure test reflected the craniocerebral blunt injury pressure change,and high speed camera observed the second hammer displacement,speed,forward and backward acceleration.Through the above technical methods,we confirmed that the injurious device was stable,and calculated the force and energy,impulse and other physical parameters.Its change trend was consistent with the damage degree;it could be used for quantitative observation of animal model of damage.Conclusion:The model is simple,economic,good repeatability,close to the actual damage.To a certain extent,it achieves the quantification of craniocerebral blunt injury Building craniocerebral blunt injury model should not only rely on the traditional gross anatomical observation and pathological examination,but also use imaging examination,intracranial pressure detection,high-speed camera to make up for the inadequacy of the traditional technology and extend the application value of model.It establishes quantitative research of craniocerebral blunt injury. |
