| Heart disease has become another disease mortality after lung cancer high health killer.Each year,nearly a third of the world to die from heart diseases.In the current clinical application,ecg examination is essential for treatment of heart diseases.How to improve the sampling rate from the Angle of hardware,from the perspective of software to improve the precision of the algorithm to detect is always a problem which many researchers keen and research direction.The collected ecg signal detection of QRS complex,after a good location in the R wave peak,calculate R-R interphase,QRS interphase parameters,such as heart ratevariability analysis.This topic for the above described by designing a sampling rate is adjustable,rapid transmission rate of ecg data acquisition system.In this paper,the specific research results are as follows:1.Hardware adopts module design idea,the acquisition system is divided into A/D conversion,FPGA and usb data transfer module data acquisition processing.In the front-end data acquisition module,the use of TI company ADS 1298 are collected,the chip 8 channel,24 analog front end,synchronous sampling and sampling rate can adjust between 250S/s~32kS/s,a built-in compatible SPI interface for data communication with the outside world.2.In data processing module,Use the XILINX Spartan-6 series of XC6SLX9-TQG144,the chip work under 20 MHz clock,good processing data through data transmission can be up to 40 MB/s usb conversion chip FT232H,transmitted to the PC.Because FT232H clock to 60 MHz,so set up an 8k in FPGA FIFO data synchronization.3.In the PC side,up and down a machine through the usb data communication,can display the acquisition of ecg data and MIT-BIH ecg data in the database for validation of the algorithm.In addition to detect QRS complex,in order to calculate the heart rate,R-R interphase,QRS interphase and other parameters. |
